Robert Half is partnering with a publicly-traded company for a Contract Specialist to join their team!
This role is fully remote for candidates located in Washington state only.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance of contracts in the CLM tool.
- Review and edit contracts such as SOWs, Vendor, NDAs, SaaS, and more.
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure contract language is understood.
- Maintain accurate records of all contracts, ensuring compliance with all contractual requirements.
Requirements:
- 3+ YOE in Contract Administration, reviewing SaaS and NDA agreements
The salary range for this position is $34-40/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
